About

We build for shops, not data centres.

Revire is a retail operating system built for operators who need their numbers to agree with each other — and to arrive while the decision is still open.

Why we built it

Most retail groups run on numbers that are weeks old and part fiction. The stock figure is a guess. The margin is last month’s. The answer arrives after the decision has already been made.

That is not a failure of nerve on the operator’s part. You would act on the numbers if you had them. The constraint was never appetite — it is legibility.

So we built one system rather than six that need reconciling: a sale writes to stock, ledger, commission, loyalty and the customer record in the same transaction. There is nothing to sync afterwards, because there is no gap to close.

What we will and will not claim

No number is ever invented
Every figure Assist returns is a real query against your data, returned unchanged. When it cannot answer it says so — across 206 test questions it produced zero wrong answers.
Exact, or marked as an estimate
Where a figure is measured, we state it. Where a cost has been allocated rather than measured, the report says so next to the number.
Your data is yours
Products, stock, customers, transactions and balances export whenever you want them, without asking us first.

Auldon Toys runs Revire.

Multi-site toy retail — point of sale, inventory and ScanGo self-checkout, running on a database of its own.

One name, not a wall of logos. We would rather put you on a call with an operator who has already migrated than show you a grid of marks you cannot ask questions of.
