Platform

One record. Six modules. Every answer.

Most retail stacks are several products stitched together, which is why the numbers never quite agree. Revire is one system: a sale writes to stock, ledger, commission, loyalty and the customer record at the same moment, in one transaction.

AI Decision Engine

Revire Assist is a question box. An operator types — or says — a question in plain words and gets the figure from their own data, usually in well under a second.

It never invents a number. Every figure is a real query against your database, returned unchanged. When Assist cannot work out what you meant, it says so and offers suggestions rather than guessing. Across a 206-question test set it produced zero wrong answers.

  • Ask about revenue, margin, stock, staff, customers or credit in ordinary language
  • Answers respect the same permissions as your screens
  • Every answer links through to the full report behind it
  • Where a cost is allocated rather than measured, the answer says so

Inventory Intelligence

A stock figure is only useful if someone believes it. Revire keeps a movement ledger rather than a running total, so every change has a cause you can trace.

  • Live stock across every location, with transfers between them
  • Purchase orders, receiving and supplier records
  • Batch and expiry tracking for short-life lines
  • Stock counts that reconcile against the ledger and show the variance
  • Shrinkage reporting that names the line and the location

Staff Optimisation

Hours and commission are worked out from what was actually sold, on the same record as the sale. Payday becomes arithmetic rather than an argument.

  • Rotas and attendance
  • Commission calculated per sale, per staff member
  • Till variance by drawer and by session
  • Payslips and statutory deductions
  • Performance by seller, comparable across branches

Unified Analytics

Fifty-five reports across seven lenses — Sales, Product & profit, Inventory, Workforce, Customer, Financial and Executive — all built to one standard so a figure means the same thing wherever you meet it.

  • Any answer within three taps, without training
  • Filter by branch, period, channel, staff member or category
  • Export any report, any time, without asking us
  • Ask Assist or open the lens — the numbers are identical either way

Integrations

Connect Shopify, Square, SAP, Oracle and Zoho through fifteen native connectors. Payments settle through Flutterwave.

  • Zoho — two-way sync for books and inventory, with tenant-level control over which system owns stock
  • Flutterwave — card and transfer payments, including refunds against the original sale
  • ScanGo — Revire’s own self-checkout PWA, running today in a live store

Not seeing your system? Tell us on the call. We would rather say “not yet” than have you discover it in week three.

What sits underneath all of it

Isolation by structure, not by promise
Every business’s data sits in a database of its own. There is no shared table for a query to cross.
It keeps selling when the connection does not
Sales are captured on the device and synced once the line comes back. A drop mid-payment resolves to a definite state.
Money and stock, provably right
A sale commits atomically, so the last unit cannot be sold twice. Every override is audit-logged with a name and a timestamp.
Your data leaves as easily as it arrived
Products, stock, customers, transactions and balances export whenever you want them, without asking us first.
