The agreement between your business and ours.
These terms cover your use of Revire. Your order form or written agreement sets the plan, the price, the term and the number of locations; where the two differ, the order form wins.
Access to the Revire platform on the plan you have bought, hosted by us, with the modules that plan includes. We may improve or change the software; we will not remove a capability your plan depends on without notice and a route forward.
Your data remains yours. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, mine it for advertising, or use it to train models for other customers. See the Privacy Policy.
Fees, billing period and any setup charge are set in your order form. Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Late payment may lead to suspension after written notice.
We aim to keep the service available at all times and will give advance notice of planned maintenance. Any specific uptime commitment is the one written in your order form; nothing on this website constitutes one.
Revire reports figures derived from the data in your account. Where a figure is measured we state it; where a cost is allocated rather than measured, the report says so. Revire is not an accountant and its output is not a substitute for professional advice or statutory accounts.
Either party may end the agreement at the end of the current term with notice as set in the order form. On termination you keep the right to export your data for 30 days. We will not withhold your data over a commercial dispute.
Neither party excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction.
